郑自强，男，1963年10月生，1981年10月参加工作，1988年5月入党，大学本科学历，1999年10月从部队转业到市物价局工作，现任价格监测中心主任科员。曾获杭州市信访局先进工作者和“12345”市长公开电话工作先进个人荣誉称号，并多次被局评为优秀共产党员、优秀公务员。
他曾在价格监督检查、价格监测等多个岗位工作过，还被局选派到淳安县临岐镇参加为期3个月的“杭州市万名机关干部下基层”活动和为期一年的“12345”市长公开电话受理中心工作。对于组织上的安排，他从不提任何要求，愉快地服从。在下基层活动中，他经常深入农民家中宣传党的政策，了解生产生活情况，为发展致富出谋划策，深受农民兄弟的欢迎。作为“12345”市长公开电话受理员，他努力当好化解社会矛盾的调解员、为百姓解难的服务员。拱墅区环卫系统部分临时工投诉，要求市政府依法为其办理社会保险，维护其合法权益。由于我市环卫系统均存在同一问题，且涉及经费数额巨大，一时难以解决。作为一名信访工作员，他深知群众利益无小事。通过多方调查了解得知少数人员拟准备通过法律手段或集体上访来维护自己的权益，此事如处理不当，将会给政府工作带来被动，影响社会安定。他及时将这一信息专题呈报了有关部门，并引起了市领导的高度重视。经区、市有关部门多次调研协调，最终使这一涉及全市环卫系统临时工的合法权益得到圆满解决。市信访局称赞他为化解了社会矛盾办了一件实事，并被列为“12345”处理群众投诉事件的成功典型案例。
作为一名价格监督检查干部，他刻苦学习业务知识, 在较短的时间内从一个外行成为内行。坚持秉公执法，维护消费者的合法权益。经常下基层、进市场开展价格监督检查，受到大家好评。2008年，他从监督检查岗位调整到价格监测中心，负责价格监测分析和全市10家定点农贸市场和2家蔬菜批发市场监测数据的汇总和审核入库工作。在一般人看来这是一份苦差事，烦琐而清苦。但他把组织上的安排作为一份责任，认认真真地把它干好。2011年，我局与杭州电视台合作在一套《直播12345》栏目、三套《生活大参考》栏目以及《我们的新农村庆丰村》栏目播出当日菜价信息和点评，他又承担起了每天为电视台提供当日菜价信息的任务。为确保提供的每一条菜价信息准确无误，他要求自己做到“零”差错，反复细致汇总核实每一个数字。为使百姓群众在第一时间了解市场菜价信息，他经常放弃休息时间，收集整理相关信息。“星期六不休息，星期天休息不一定”已成为他一种工作常态。
他以共产党员的标准严格要求自己，数年如一日，兢兢业业的做好本职工作，为物价事业默默的奉献着，以实际行动展示了一名共产党员应具备的优秀品质。

魔術師劉謙現在在加拿大進行全球巡演，不過週刊報導劉謙11月10號在溫哥華的河石劇場表演結束後，想要到賭場去見識一下。當時他穿著長袖，還戴黑框眼鏡，故意顯示低調，但想不到反而遭到賭場保鑣搜身，要他舉起手，還要他捲起袖子，不過目前在多倫多巡演的經紀人表示，事情沒那麼嚴重，是因為劉謙是娃娃臉才被擋下。
